For Customers who take advantage of our Motor Legal Expenses Cover you can call the MSL help line number below for all motor polices including car, van, bike and business/fleet vehicles.

MSL will report all claims to your insurance company on your behalf regardless of whether the accident was your fault or not.

If the claim is non-fault with no dispute in liability, they will then arrange repairs to your vehicle.

If your cover is limited to third party, you will not have to fund the repair costs if the accident is non-fault with no dispute in liability.

If you have comprehensive insurance you will not have to fund your policy excess if the accident is non-fault with no dispute in liability.

Also if the claim is non- fault MSL will keep you mobile by arranging a vehicle suitable to your needs and they will recover any outlay direct from the third party on your behalf.

MSL will also assist you to recover your losses (e.g. compensation for injury, loss of earnings, medical fees and legal fees defending you in a motor prosecution.

They will also provide advice if the accident was your fault.
